TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 1. I hereby give permission for my/my child’s photograph/image to be used for Hawke’s Bay ICC and Krishni Production events’ promotional purposes in social media.

• 2. I understand that if I/my child wishes to discontinue the dance class, I will inform the authorities at least a month in advance.

• 3. I understand that my/my child’s dance tuition fee needs to be paid a month in advance (4 weeks).

• 4. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the teacher if I/my child is unable to attend any dance class and failing to do so will result in deduction of the fee for the session.
